Had leaky faucets in the shower to include the shower pull not working and had a leaky bathroom sink faucet as well. Called Kelmetsrud Plumbing out of Devils Lake, ND and spoke with Melinda. She was so nice and sent someone out right away as we live in Cando, ND. The plumber tech was respectful, knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job! And the price was right too. Thank you to Klemetsrud Plumbing and Heating for always coming and coming right away whenever we need you. You are our go to Plumbing and Heating company always!

DO NOT CALL THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING. If I could I’d give negative stars. I called for a water leak repair and to add a gas line for a new gas range. They told me that the gas line on my furnace was currently outdated and need to be replaced so I told them while running the new gas line run it to the furnace and tee off for my new stove. in order to install the new stove I will have to move some cabinets and a microwave. Then they tell me the charge is going to be $120 per hour per man and they sent out 2-70 year old guys one of which could hardly even walk. so I called up there and told the guy that I cannot afford that that’s ridiculous to pay per man. It’s usually would be 120 per hour and you get the job done no matter how many men show up so he said he would give me a bulk price to do everything so I told him call me back with the bulk price. He never called me back with the bulk price this was 9 AM in the morning. I left for work. at 4 o’clock. I get a call from the plumber saying that they’re done and I said well what’s the bulk price you were supposed to call me before you did any work? They said I don’t know you have to call the office. three weeks later when I get back home from work, I find that they did not do anything for the water leak. They put a piece of gas line under the crawlspace and put a hole in the wall and just left it laying in there next to the furnace, the gas line was not hooked up to the propane tank, and the old gas line was left connected to the furnace and nothing was done except for moving two cabinets and a microwave and they sent me a bill for $2400. These guys are an absolute joke. Do not use them ever.
