Anyone who has ever looked for a landscaper for help knows it can be hard to find a responsive company that does quality work. Look no further – KJH Landscaping is a great team! KJH Landscaping was recommended to me when I moved to Decatur late last fall. When you call KJH Landscaping, customers will be greeted by Dorian who, in addition to being very helpful, is also extremely polite, kind, and a great listener who seamlessly facilitates appointments and scheduling work to be performed. When she said AJ would come out within hours of me calling to talk through a plan I was stunned. Customers can expect AJ to show up when he says he will - a pretty basic detail, but an important one considering a lot of people don’t come on time or at all. AJ is a very professional business owner who is also a good listener, personable, funny and super easy to talk to. During his visit he provided me with great insight into our property and my new neighborhood. He gave me fresh ideas for short-term and long-term projects, and on top of that he helped me understand more about the wildlife that comes through the wooded ravine on our property (invaluable for a city girl). AJ went well past what I consider “above and beyond” service in our first meeting, and he really did not have to. Even though it was late in the season, KJH Landscaping found a way to get our job done when the weather cooperated and sent a hard-working crew that were just as easy to talk to as AJ and Dorian, and on top of all that, they treated my property like it was their own. It’s obvious that AJ’s ground crew is proud to work for KJH Landscaping and that says a lot about the type of leadership. I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to find a landscaping company that matched the service and integrity of the team I left behind when I moved, but KJH Landscaping checked every box and then some. A great experience!
