What a terrific and professional experience I had today with Landon King.. He is so knowledgeable, innovative and quick w/changing out my streaming service and adding on several extra apps! My 2nd tv was too old to be included. When faced with/buying a new tv, he gave me a choice and went to Walmart and got supplies to manage/update that tv also… I give him my highest recommendation for service, knowledge, quality, reasonable rates and delightful personality. We contacted King Technology Solutions for a problem we were having with our TV. It was a GREAT experience. It was very refreshing to call a business & get a return call in 15 minutes. We scheduled an appointment for the following day, which was a Sunday. Landon arrived on time & after doing some diagnostic tests he told us we needed to buy a new TV. Landon went above and beyond our expectations. He actually went to Walmart, bought the TV & came back to our house to install it. He also hauled away our old TV. We recently had Landon King install 2 tv’s in our home and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. He was professional, punctual and detail oriented. The installation was done efficiently and with great care. We truly appreciate the quality and expertise that he brought to the job.

Landon diagnosed an issue with our TV. He was very forthcoming in recommending replacement instead of repair. He was not only knowledgeable but very flexible in working within our schedule. Very reasonable hourly rates. I will be using him for all my electronic/tech needs.
