Kilde Construction

This review is a little delayed because I wanted to give the work some time on the house to see how it fared. I had the team at Kilde replace my roof, my siding, and my gutters and downspouts in the fall of 2024. They were quick to come out and give an estimate and always responded to my questions within a business day or so, which I find rather impressive for how busy they are. They found some water damage around my garage doors after stripping the siding and promptly notified me and added a little bit of work to their plate to fix it and make it right. We had a few hiccups during the process and a few minor issues come up after the work was complete, but nothing that they didn't address or fix right away when I brought it up to them. My neighborhood experienced a storm with 100mph winds this past summer and my house suffered absolutely zero damage. Unfortunately, many of my neighbors weren't so fortunate. That storm was quite the test of their workmanship and they passed with flying colors. They stayed true to their quote and didn't hit me with any surprise charges during or after the project. I appreciate the work they did, how easy they made the process, and how responsive they remained before, during, and after the job was complete. I would certainly use Kilde Construction again.
