We used KG Stevens through Costco's rebate system and opted to go for the all-in-one package, which included removing the plumbing & existing countertops, installing the new countertops, then the redoing the plumbing for the new sink. Everything went well on the removal & countertop installation, but the plumbing reinstall took nearly five hours. Only nine months later, as I was doing dishes, my wife noticed that there was a waterfall coming out from the cabinets under our sink. We found out that the plumber didn't tighten anything down, and some fittings had popped loose. After several YouTube videos, we managed to get the plumbing back together. We left a voice mail to KG Stevens 2 days ago, but they never bothered to call back. Just a word of caution to double check what their plumbers are doing. Our cabinets were soaked, and the floor is now peeling around the sink. Just sucks to spend so much extra to have the plumbing done and for it to be done wrong.

Great company for our project. Had granite counters and a new sink installed in Dec. 2025. From first meeting through the installation, K.G. Stevens was helpful and professional. Communication was excellent. Questions were answered quickly and without judgement. The installation team was awesome. It was clear they worked well together, as each person knew his job. They worked quickly and showed great respect for me and our home. We would highly recommend the company to anyone with a countertop project.

There are a lot of local businesses that do decent contracted kitchen and countertop work. As a consumer in this area, you have a lot of choices. And, while I think doing quality work and offering competitive pricing is very important, I find the true test of a business to be how they navigate a challenge. And this is where K. G. Stevens truly shines. We are so happy with our new kitchen countertops! We worked closely with Janice and Tina, both of whom were exceptional, to help us navigate a tricky situation related to trying to match up an existing piece of countertop- and come up with an alternative that we were fully satisfied with! Know that you will be truly taken care of here, whether you have a cut-and-dry countertop install or a more nuanced situation like ours. We will continue to refer this business to everyone we know and will definitely use them again!
