Chris was fantastic! He figured out the problem right away and was able to fix it. He was personable and professional and very sweet with my small kids, who answered the door before I could. I would definitely recommend him and Ken's Appliance Service. Scheduling was easy and communication was great.

Ken’s Appliances did a great job fixing my dryer. The technician, Garrett, was prompt, professional, and very communicative throughout the entire process. He explained what was going on and made the repair smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the great service and would definitely recommend them.
