Kennedy Transmission

I was referred to Chris at the Bloomington Kennedy TRANSMISSION location. I explained to Chris why we were in town, and what we were looking to achieve regarding the drivetrain of the vehicle, and trying to figure out what investments were needed to keep this vehicle long term for younger family members. Chris and his team did the diagnostic assessments and came back with some significant budget costs that were going to be needed with a vehicle, if we were going to keep it long-term. I was almost amazed with his honesty and integrity (we all know that it is a rarity these days) that he would NOT recommend having the work done, because of the age of the vehicle, the miles on the vehicle, and what our long-term goals was for this vehicle. I truly believe ANYWHERE ELSE, someone would’ve just seen $$$$$ signs, BUT NOT Chris. I can’t thank Chris and his team enough for his/thier honesty and integrity, or recommend him highly enough. Our family recently had our car repaired at Kennedy Transmission, and we’re so grateful for the help we received. The manager went above and beyond to get our car back on the road despite a shortage of parts. He worked hard to locate what was needed, provided a loaner vehicle, and was completely honest and transparent about the costs. Even with the challenges, he replaced our transmission and got our car running smoothly again. The workmanship from him and his team was excellent, and his dedication and integrity really stood out. We truly appreciate all his effort and would definitely return to Kennedy Transmission in the future.

Kennedy Transmission has completely earned my trust. I brought in my Ram ProMaster 2500 after another shop told me I had a $2,500 leak. Kennedy checked it out and honestly told me it was so minor I’d likely get another three years before needing repairs. That honesty means everything to me. They could have easily taken my money, but instead they showed true integrity. I’ll never take any of my vehicles anywhere else and highly recommend them!
