My windows were an awful mess, the plastic was still on them from the winter, I had Tony come out for an estimate and he wasn’t judgy at all. Tony had planned to bring his daughter to help but she had been called in to work that day so he loaned me a drill and was very patient with me and my daughter when we were working on removing them ahead of him. Tony’s estimate was below the amount his competitor had given me prior to the one he gave me, I had to get a loan for the project so he had to wait for me and when I called him the next time he remembered me and the amount he had quoted before almost exactly. Tony ordered & installed 7 new windows in our house for what we felt was a very reasonable price. Our house is a little tricky to work with but Tony was able to get them all looking great! Very happy with the service. He was polite, professional, cleaned everything up, and took care with making sure all the window seals were done properly and looked smooth. Whistles while he works, too. Highly recommend!

Tony listened to our complaints and needs with our old windows and was very knowledgeable in what we needed. He wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive window either. He suggested what window would be best for us (happened to be one of the cheaper ones). He was not pushy at all! He CARED! He got all of our windows installed in a day. We even paid extra for him to do the casing and sills for us, since my husband had an accident and was unable to do it. The total amount we paid was super reasonable and well worth it.
