KC Disposal

Our community offers monthly bulk item pick up and I had to dispose a gym rack that was dismantled and no longer of use. I reached out to the KC disposal team to get details on how to get rid of it since it was broken down in to multiple heavy pieces. Bianca from the KC disposal team helped me over the phone and was very thorough with the process to get this done. With her help, I was able to dispose the rack parts and they were picked up on time. I really appreciate all the help she provided and highly recommend their service!

On 2-25-26 I called KC Disposal about our bill because I hadn't received it. Roma, was very nice & helpful. I had paid ahead of the due date and had a credit. So in March & April, I'll pay ahead again, and not worry about the bill for 3-4 months. In times past, I found if you call and is 100% honest, people work with you, as long as you keep your word. As much as service, if we had an issue, it got taken care of. They offer a lot of services at reasonable prices, vs some competitors. So, if you're thinking of changing trash services, I'd recommend KC Disposal. Ask for Roma, she great with customer service, in fact the whole staff has been very helpful and that's hard to beat.

Odd fact. The service for establishing an account is not listed under "Which services did you get?" I could not set up the account, so I asked the customer service representative to do it via email. Stephanie and Leslie did a great job. I was able to log in, set my password, and set up autopay without any problems. I sent my request during non-work hours the previous day. Stephanie and Leslie responded the next day and got it done. Thank you.
