My husband and I have worked with Kartchner the last few months as they built our home and they are AMAZING! Great communication, willing to work with you, and tons of great options. I would recommend them over and over again. Kelsey Axson is INCREDIBLE!
This is the first home I have ever built and I did a lot of research in the local area before choosing Kartchner Homes. There were a few issues on the walk through but they were fixed and did not affect closing. I was kept well informed throughout the building process and love my new home! I have recently had some warranty issues (love the 2 year warranty!) and Trevor has been very helpful in addressing these fixes. Trevor represents Kartchner Homes extremely well and is clearly dedicated to great customer service. Whenever I call the office; Kylie is extremely professional and helpful as well. I recently spoke with Chantel about a few issues and she also was very supportive. In these times it can be very hard to find good customer service, so I really think this team is hitting it out of the park!
I am a local RE agent and couldn't be happier with the service my clients received with Kartchner. Their rep, Kelsey, was a JOY. Easily in the upper few percent of all builder agents when it came to professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, and swiftness in help. Such a rarity to find! Builders can be competitive but Kartcher is far from that. I'll continue to trust them and can't wait to bring another buyer their way. Their work is great, their agents are great, and their experience was GREAT.
We’ve loved our experience with kartchner, the whole process has been so seamless and everyone we’ve worked with has been amazing. Everyone always gets back to us quickly if we have a question or concern and the communication has been great. Building a home can be very stressful but it has been very smooth with the support of everyone from the kartchner team! Not to mention our house is beautiful. We talked to a few other builders in the valley and none compared. What would’ve been upgrades with other builders, came standard with Kartchner. Riley and Abbie were great to explain everything to us at the final walk through and were very thorough. I’d definitely recommend kartchner to anyone looking to build or buy a home!
Kartchner was so easy to work with. We worked with Charlie and he walked us through every step of the process of building and answered all of our questions. Although there were some delays with getting some permits, we were always looped in on what was going on. We love the standard high end features included in Kartchner's builds. You can really tell they take pride in their work and the service they provide.
