Alex recently installed a humidifier in our new home. He was extremely professional and was done in a few hours. He left no mess and took the time to explain the controls and maintenance to us after he finished the installation. Kappler Mechanical was quick to provide a quote and flexible in getting us scheduled. We will absolutely be using them for future works and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.

Ulises was extremely courteous and prompt for the appointment. He knew exactly what was wrong with the system, and not only explained to me what was wrong but showed me different tools of my system that I had never been shown before from other contractors . Now I will know what to look at if I have further problems. To me that shows that he's a top-notch technician. I'm impressed with their level of service starting from the office staff to their technicians. They certainly have a higher level of expertise than the installers and other companies who were unable to fix the problem. Foolishly, we had another company install Mitsubishi mini split system. When we kept having issues, we brought in Kappler. We were not getting heat out of one of the mini split heads and called Kappler late on a Friday and they had a technician at our place first thing on Saturday morning. The technician troubleshot our system and found that the previous installer had not completed the install properly. There were several switches that needed to be changed to reflect our system configuration. Once those switches were fixed are system worked flawlessly. We love Kappler! Update: We had Kappler quote and install line hide on our outdoor lines They did a great job! You can from the before and after photos what a difference the line hide made. We have already pre-scheduled them for our Spring check-up on our Mini split system. Update: We're so happy to have found a great HVAC company, that we're doing more work with them. Had Kappler in today to replace and clean our humidifier system. I called at 8:30am and they were here at 10:15am. Great job! Update: Our appreciation for doing business with Kappler continues to grow. Based upon the great experience that we had working with Kappler on our furnace and the mini split system, we decided to try Kappler's electrical services. I'm pleased to say that they are did just as excellent work as the other members of the Kappler team. Nate and Eric added two new outlets, installed a timer switch and a pico switch for us. They were on time, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. And they did a great job taking care of our house while working and cleaned up afterwards so we couldn't even tell they were there I'd certainly have them back anytime!

The team that installed our Mitsubishi mini split system were incredible! The quality of the work, communication, promptness and respect for our property was second to none. Seven different technicians worked on our project over the course of 3 days and we could tell they were not only well-trained and knowledgeable, but also committed to completing the project properly, with no short cuts. Without being asked, they even quickly corrected a couple of previously poorly installed items (from other contractors) including lazily installed cold air return ducts and a electrical outlet that was incorrectly installed. What a pleasure to have this level of integrity and competence working in our home. As far as we’re concerned, Kappler Mechanical is our new go- to for anything HVAC related!
