We contacted K Construction for a free estimate after our home inspection flagged a floor joist that had been cut into and might be compromised. They responded quickly and were able to get someone out on short notice. After inspecting the joist and walking us through their findings, they confirmed it was sound and no further work was needed. As first-time homebuyers, it was incredibly reassuring to receive honest, no-pressure guidance during what could have been a stressful situation. K Construction’s professionalism and integrity gave us peace of mind, and we would gladly reach out to them for any future needs.

The development and planning phases through the completion of our new home with K Construction was exceptional. They listened to what we wanted in a new house; along with our price range; and met are expectations in the design to the completion of the house. Being an amateur woodworker and overseeing the completion of three major school projects I had previous expereinces with construction projects and K Construction was exceptional. As with any projects there will be differences of opinion on what can be done in relation to building codes and what the owner desires, but we were able to come to a positive solution for both parties involved. Since the completion of our house I have had K Construction complete two driveway extensions on our separate driveways and have no reservations on contacting the company for a third driveway extension in the future. The front office representatives know you as an indivdual and are readily available to assist when stopping by the office. In my professional opinion K Construction is a quality construction company and is expanding by doing the correct process and procedures for the client.
