Skid steer brought in for oil leak. Not sure they fixed anything? Walked up to pick it up and saw oil not only on the ground but still in the machine. I asked if he was sure they got it fixed. He said yes we spent a good amount of time on it. Also said I don't own a pressure washer so it might still be oily. Got it home and cleaned it up only to find more oil. Kept cleaning it until I was able to locate a loose hose clamp. I don't like it when I ask for reassurance on something and I get a quick blow off reaction to more oil to clean up. This is the reason I brought it in. Would have considered bringing in more work but to me this is basic st... Skid steer brought in for oil leak. Not sure they fixed anything? Recently I was shut down by gelled fuel in Grand Forks. It was a cold Saturday morning with most shops being busy or closed. JW sent out one of their service trucks within an hour of my call. The tech had the correct filters and promptly got me running. He even escorted me to Simonson to fuel my truck with No1 diesel. Great service. Thank you
