Juan’s Auto Repair (NAPA Autocare Center)

I will change my review since I spoke with Gabriel and what happened is past. It was a series of unfortunate events that started with a broken tire but I appreciate Gabriel taking the time to talk to me and explain. Things could have been handled differently, but we all learn from that. One advice that I suggest is to always have the information of the car you rent to communicate to them before making any arrangements. Just to make sure everything can work. Regardless, thank you guys!

My truck needed an oil change bad. Looked/called around and some of the prices were ridiculous. Called Juan's and talked to Gabriel. He explained the price range and why. Made an appointment for latter that day; I was in a 1 out by 1:45. Cost was at the low level and the service was excellent including resetting the electronics and topping off all the fluids. I feel better that I know have a place to bring my vehicles in for service. Highly recommend Juan's.
