I dropped off a phone for repair on Monday. I was told it may take a much as a week but likely less. I tried calling several times and left messages and texts as they suggest. No return call or text. After 8 days and many attempts to speak to someone, I drove to the store. I was told it wasn't ready and I left. Again I tried to get in touch with them without success, prompting another drive to the store. Again, I was told it wasn't ready. At that point it had been 2 weeks that they had my phone. I took the phone back and will go elsewhere. If you are planning to take your phone for service, CALL FIRST. That will give you an idea of the service. After leaving a message and a text, when the phone doesn't ring, you'll get the idea of their customer service.
