I recently had a fantastic experience at JQ Communication. My iPhone screen had cracked, and I needed a quick and reliable fix. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. They replaced my screen within an hour, and my phone looked brand new. The quality of the repair was outstanding, with no issues since.

This place earns my five-star review. The employees/owners are respectful, courteous, transparent, competent, diligent, and prompt. My MacBook was not turning on. I was going to bring it to Apple for diagnostic and possible repair. However, I noticed the waiting list was too long and decided to take my chance with this place. Although this place is also very busy, the people who work there are cordial and go beyond to exceed customers' satisfaction. I dropped off a phone for repair on Monday. I was told it may take a much as a week but likely less. I tried calling several times and left messages and texts as they suggest. No return call or text. After 8 days and many attempts to speak to someone, I drove to the store. I was told it wasn't ready and I left. Again I tried to get in touch with them without success, prompting another drive to the store. Again, I was told it wasn't ready. At that point it had been 2 weeks that they had my phone. I was so impressed with the service. My phone was running incredibly slow and had tons of junk apps I couldn't get rid of. The tech team was incredibly helpful and efficient. They cleaned up my device completely, and now it runs smoother than ever. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quick and reliable phone tune-up!

I’ve brought several iPhones to be fixed at this business. The jobs included front glass, back glass, and even battery repair. of the four jobs I’ve had them do three of them have failed shortly after bringing them in. They claim to use proper Apple parts. It’s clear to me they do not. I would not recommend this company. Do not expect their ‘warranty’ to cover anything.
