I dropped off a phone for repair on Monday. I was told it may take a much as a week but likely less. I tried calling several times and left messages and texts as they suggest. No return call or text. After 8 days and many attempts to speak to someone, I drove to the store. I was told it wasn't ready and I left. Again I tried to get in touch with them without success, prompting another drive to the store. Again, I was told it wasn't ready. At that point it had been 2 weeks that they had my phone. I took the phone back and will go elsewhere. If you are planning to take your phone for service, CALL FIRST. That will give you an idea of the service. After leaving a message and a text, when the phone doesn't ring, you'll get the idea of their customer service.

This place earns my five-star review. The employees/owners are respectful, courteous, transparent, competent, diligent, and prompt. My MacBook was not turning on. I was going to bring it to Apple for diagnostic and possible repair. However, I noticed the waiting list was too long and decided to take my chance with this place. Although this place is also very busy, the people who work there are cordial and go beyond to exceed customers' satisfaction. The owner diagnosed the MacBook, ordered the parts, and beautifully repaired it very promptly as promised, and without the need for me to make several trips there. He also stands behind the repair in case the MacBook breaks again. In fact, he kept me informed by calling me at every step to update me on the status of the repair. I am very happy with the service and will refer my friends and Family to this place. THAT'S WHAT WE CALLED A GREAT PLACE!
