Called on the phone regarding repair of a watch stem. The person that answered the phone Asked me what's wrong, I told them in kind of detail, After my explanation of the situation, she then says I don't speak English and hands me off to somebody else. That person asked me what's wrong with the watch I begin to explain to them the situation again and what I would like to do. if I Brought the watch in could somebody look at it today, tell me what's wrong, and possibly fix it today.
