This review IS true and my car was under my stepfather’s name John Mark Nettles. It was an older blue Chevy Trailblazer and I PROMISE y’all have it in your records. I also personally know multiple people who had many of the same issues as I did with this place. Morris & Son’s was amazing. They were always friendly, time efficient, & never tried to pull anything over your head. However, John’s auto is a different story. They had my vehicle for about 5 weeks. When I finally went to pick it up, my automatic headlights didn’t work, it drove worse then when I had brought it in, and I was told that it had not even been test driven. I decided to bring it to another mechanic who informed me that my engine that John’s Auto had “fixed” actually needed much, much more work & some of the things I was told had been fixed were not even touched. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Abigail Jackson's review is untrue and a lie. We have no record of doing work on her car. I am not sure why she would post this. My husband and I are very honest people and would never say we did work that we did not do. We believe in treating people with respect and honesty. If anyone ever has an issue with our service or questions we are open to explanation and feedback and also will do the right thing to make it right. God bless!
