By far the best audio installer I have ever had the opportunity to use. This shop has a family type atmosphere with customer service and quality as #1. Everything from cars, trucks, Boats, and motorcycles are always taken care of. Jon has always exceeded my expectations with the sounds and the cleanliness of the install! I will never use any other shops!!
I walked in to look at stereo systems for my little 2 seater car. I was shown the perfect system and told they could install it right then. I sat and waited. A short time later, I drove out with the best sounding system. The office was spotless. Thank you for such a good experience.
Very nice and informed reasonable prices they have other services that you can get like dash cams interior cam and rear cams to protect you from other drivers and also help with insurance premiums. Had to get dvd players put in the rear seats of my van for my daughter and they were quick and did a awesome job so id recommend a visit
Excellent customer service! I went with cheaper speakers for my Harley and wasn’t happy so Johnny let me swap the speakers and just pay the difference in the better speakers. He went through all my options for what I was looking for. Johnny and Shane are great guys to deal with! I love my new sound system and will be back for more upgrades when I have the money. Definitely the best and far exceeded my expectations!
My husband called the shop and explained what issue he was having, they told him "stop by any day, anytime and they will take care of him." Well they did just that! We found some time after being in the area, it was late in the afternoon. As a matter of fact it was after 3:00 pm, he called to make sure it would be okay to stop by and they said "yeah bring on it by and we will take a look at it" so we went by there. We was greeted immediately by 2 friendly guys. After a quick assessment it was decided they was able to make the make the repairs. We were advised an estimated time to the job. We waited in the nice, clean cool lobby they even provided a few choices of drinks and snacks. Which was a great way to show customer appreciation. We was made aware of the progress every little bit. They finished up and checked us out, and away we went we were there for less than one hour. I give this a great rating for several reasons. Customer Service, very efficient, price, communication and the snacks was a huge bonus, breakfast was early and we worked through lunch and still had a few hours until dinner. LoL i highly recommend a 10/10
