John was very accommodating in helping to perform a quick fix of a Christmas clock with some sentimental value and get it back in working order. I was very happy and will be returning for any future clock repairs needed.

I took my new Black Forest cuckoo clock to John. It turned out that nothing was wrong with it; I just didn't know how to wind it. John was gracious, and kind, and full of advice on how to operate and maintain Marietta (my clock). When I called for service, his dear wife responded back within a half hour. John is a Master of his profession; and he is my clock hero! Thank you!

John worked on an old mantle clock a few months ago that was my grandparents. It's not valuable but sentimental. He totally restored the workings of the clock leaving the exterior as is. I picked it up on March 21 ,had it home for a month and thought it was having a problem and he told me to bring it right over and he would look at it. Figured out "I" was just not winding it correctly and he showed me how it should be done and even opened up the clock to make sure it was on beat correctly. He cares about the work he does and wants his customers to be happy! Thank you Mr. Gill!
