We've been going here for over 3 years and appreciate the small family feel vs. typical corporate vibe from the normal chains. Matt is great at communicating and also understanding where we as a customer are coming from and what's important to us.
This is my 3rd time coming to this location and each time has been easy to make an appt and quick/incredible auto service. Once you are on their mailing list following your first service you get sent discount letters for upcoming services.
Just want to give a huge thank you to this service team! They honor their warranties and keep the service true blue! No one likes their car to break down, but when you have a team of people who truly care and are not trying to rape your wallet with good ethics and customer service, you can’t go wrong with Joe’s auto! Joe’s Auto on Guadalupe in Gilber has had consistent customer service every time I take my car for services or when reached out for other needs. I recently reached out to Joe’s for a unique request. I was in need of very particular documentation to submit for a Toyota service announcement for a potential reimbursement regarding work I had done on my car there. Jose’s Auto went out of their way to ensure I had the proper documentation with all the required information necessary to receive the reimbursement. They were very timely in fulfilling my request. I highly recommend Joe’s Auto for your car needs. I previously took my car to various Toyota dealerships for servicing and any necessary work, once the car was no longer under warranty, I began taking my car to Joe’s Auto at the recommendation of someone else. I wasn’t always satisfied with the customer service or work done at Big Two Toyota of Chandler, but I can say I have been highly satisfied with Joe’s Auto.
This shop is outstanding. I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over two years and have consistently received excellent service. The team is not only knowledgeable but also takes the time to educate me on how to properly maintain my vehicle. They go above and beyond to ensure my car is in top condition, which is essential for keeping up with my demanding work schedule. Every visit gives me confidence that my vehicle is in good hands.
