Jim did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and furniture. However I had a black ink spot (from a printer ) on light carpet. He worked to get it out but was unable to completely remove it. He told us he would be back on a certain day and time to try a different mixture & machine. He came back as promised and completely got the black ink out! He does what he says, and works hard to complete his tasks. We highly recommend him!
We were very happy with Jim's service and quality of work. You can tell he's passionate about what he does and wants to do it right. He's kind, professional, and was very accommodating of our unique situation with our aging pets. It was great working with someone who’s genuine and treats his customers like family. We’ll definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.
Jim was great to work with. Excellent communication, was on time for both estimate and job appointments. Very thorough work and can tell he takes good care of his customer's needs. We had him clean our entire home that has carpeted areas aside from a few bedrooms and everything looks, feels, and smells very clean. Drying process was also impressive! Will definitely have him back for future cleanings.
we recently had all of the carpets in our home cleaned by Jim. Between sand from the lake, pet hair, and make up stains, he did a fantastic job! he was easy to work with and very efficient! We will definitely use him again in the future!
Jim did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. Highly recommend. Priced reasonably and very professional. Carpets were dry within a half hour.
