Both people I interacted with were very professional and pleasant. I had one ring stretched and one re-pronged. They warned us up front that one ring could break when stretching it and what the extra cost works be should that happen. The work is beautiful. The rings look prettier than when they were new. I feel the price was reasonable. Definitely recommend! The photos don't do it justice.
I was really impressed with this business when I visited. The owners were so nice, and helpful. The store is stocked with all kinds of beautiful jewelry, watches, etc. I went in for a repair expecting to leave it for awhile… they repaired it that day! Stop by and support this wonderful local business.
Took my Seiko Solar by the Jewelry Closet to have the rechargeable battery (capacitor) replaced. They quoted me $75 and told me it would be about a month. The jeweler had a tone to his voice that made me feel like he didn’t want my business. I ended up buying the capacitor on Amazon for $12 and swapping it myself. You should do the same, they are too busy for their own good.
My husband and I were looking for a 10th wedding anniversary ring set and jewelry closet had exactly what we were looking for, and then some. They were helpful, knowledgeable and always greeting with a smile. Supporting local makes my heart happy.
My daughter had two of her prized hens ashes made into two pendants. She went to Jewelry Closet to find a nice necklace for them. They were very helpful and even fused two necklaces into one for her two pendants. She is very pleased with her new necklace. We highly recommend Jewelry Closet for any of your jewelry needs.
