Jensen’s Guaranteed Pest Control

I’ll give a two as they used to be good! I have used this company for about 13 years and have always loved the service and have told many about them! The last year their chemicals don’t work! I have complained and they come back out. I even pay for two services of which is bugs and weeds. Their current rep makes up the most crazy stories as to why it’s not working. For example the irrigation water only sprays weeds in one corner of my yard. The bug stories are crazy too! Don’t make up stuff just to sound like you know! I have emailed Zac the owner as left messages for him to call so we can discuss my service or lack there of. He has not contacted me after all my years of great service and referrals so he must not care about retention or word of mouth! Anyway, their sprays don’t work and spiders and earwigs still come in your home and weeds still grow.

These guys are awesome! Been with them for over 5 years and highly recommend them. They are easy to work with and taje ownership of their work. T herr have been a few ubstances over the years where I noticed more critters and pests. In those instances, Jensens was just a phone call away and they responded quickly and treated the problems thoroughly. Thank you Jensens. Wanted to add as well that the staff that shows up has always been professional and courteous.

I have been the Resident Manager at U-STORE-IT-HERE for 4 1/2 years and we have used Jensen since I started here. I have always had great service from them dieing or quarterly service. Today Huntet came out to do our service and adress a box elder bug issue. Hunter was very professional and did an awesome job at our property. He was attentive to all our needs and truly seemed that he cared and wanted to provide the best service he could. Hunter is the quality type of employee that should be recognized; i hope you do.
