Jenks fence came to my house and listened to what I wanted. They offered to install a railing on top of my brick-topped retaining wall, whereas two other fence companies only wanted to install the fence in the ground inside the retaining wall. They warned me, that drilling into concrete would be more expensive than installing in ground, however, their railing estimate was 20% less than other contractors. Jenks Fence called when weather warmed and snow melted, to tell me that theyd be there the next day. Two different crews, showed up on two different days, one for drilling, one for railing assembly. Both range doorbell , were pleasant, had knowledge of the job quote.
