Great shop! Went to another local shop prior to going to Jeff's, paid for some minor repairs and within days the same issues were still unresolved. Jeff's set and appointment, diagnosed the unresolved issues, corrected them and had it all done the same day for a 1/3 of the other shop. Highly recommend these guy's for anyone looking for an honest, fair, and fast shop.

I have never in my whole life had such a pleasant experience at an automotive shop. Needing work done on your vehicle is always scary. But Jeff and his team are compassionate, friendly, and professional, while their work is fast, dependable, and financially reasonable. Jeff and his team have won my business for years to come.

I thought I already left a review, but see I didn’t when I recommended them to a broken down Jeeper. Jeff’s Automotive is awesome! I was going to another shop that was ripping me off. I should have caught it sooner, but luckily I switched to Jeff’s. Jeff’s has done a great job (and I’m not easy on my Jeeps) on my previously neglected Jeep Wrangler TJ. They definitely know Jeep Wrangler TJs! The only issue I have is that they are crazy busy, but they let me drop off my Jeep and fit it in as they can (I work on call so I can’t make appointments). My TJ recently broke down at the Jeep dealer (just a worn out starter) so the dealer finished some work. However the next time my Jeep needs work, it will be going to Jeff’s because I can trust them to do it right at a fair price.

No mechanics shop is perfect, but Jeff's automotive has been awesome to work with. I have personally had a few unique challenges with some vehicles lately. They are intelligent, thoughtful, timely, and treated me more than fair through all of it. I trust them with all of the hard jobs that I don't want to do myself. I recommend them to all my friends and family and they are for sure the best alignment center in town. Alignments are very subjective, and it takes good tech, tools and understanding to get alignments as good as they can be, and Jeff's nails them.
