I would NOT recommend using this company. I reached out to them in early July for lawn service after receiving a couple recommendations via Nextdoor. They got back with me quickly and I provided the address we would be moving to so I could get a quote. After receiving the quote I advised a week we would like to start services and they said that would work. A few weeks later, I messaged them and advised we no longer needed any services. All of a sudden this past Sunday I receive a phone call from the company and an invoice for $110 in my email, which was for two mowing services. They advised they mowed for us on August 11th and August 18th. Mind you I've heard NOTHING from this company in over a month; no exact date was set, nothing. We closed on the house on August 8th and the previous owner had already mowed. This company NEVER mowed at this house. We have not moved in yet but have been back and forth several times. There were no mowing lines, no grass clippings, the dog waste in the back yard was not disturbed, leftover debris from a storm was also not disturbed, and the city had a dug up a huge area that was covered in dirt which was also not disturbed with grass clippings or mower tracks. I told all of this to the bookkeeping lady and she called me a liar, told me I was not a "right" person, threatened to take me to court, and then told me to calm down when I asked her repeatedly to explain how the grass had GROWN if it was cut twice in two weeks. She never could answer any of my questions and ignored them. It sounds to me like this company likes to take advantage of people who maybe haven't moved in yet and claim they provided services when they haven't because they think people won't catch on or aren't able to confirm. Funny how the invoice magically disappeared as soon as they were questioned.
