Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Eastern NY

My elderly mother needed a walk-in shower. Jacuzzi respected my wishes to be the main contact person for my mom's install. We had a good experience; interactions with all Jacuzzi staff were conducted professionally (sales, scheduling, tech visit, installation). We were informed in advance that the install would take two days due to the many problems presented by her very old house and unusual plumbing setup. As predicted, there were numerous existing plumbing problems to overcome (which have now been corrected). In addition to the technical know-how, the lead installer (Garrett) interacted with my mom superbly - with patience, kindness, and respect. His professional and warm demeanor kept mom content during the install, which was essential for the success of this project.

Judd and Ryan were amazing. They arrived on time and were very professional throughout the job. The house is 100 years old and to say there were challenges is an understatement. When the old unit was removed it revealed a multitude of issues. They met the challenges and overcame them. Chandra the sales manager came by several times to assure the work was proceeding smoothly and to help solve any problem. Jacuzzi isn’t cheap but well worth it. We are very pleased. We highly recommend Jacuzzi!

My husband and I had an incredible experience with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel! From the initial design appointment through the installation, the team was extremely professional and handled our home with care. I felt like I could trust them. They use their own employees, not subcontractors which was a huge plus. They brought samples of the materials on our first visit which were beautiful and high-quality. What I expected to be an overwhelming project, was made simple and enjoyable. The design team was fantastic, they were very knowledgeable and helped us to select choices for our walk-in shower that would complement the rest of our bathroom. With so many decisions from colors to finishes to storage options, they guided us with thoughtful questions to simplify the process and help us to create the beautiful shower we were hoping for. There was a wide selection of materials, making it easy to stay within our budget. Having a small child at home, I was concerned that the installation process would be messy and disruptive. This couldn’t have been further from the truth. The crew was courteous and clearly explained what to expect from beginning to end. I was shocked when the entire job was completed in less than 10 hours and I’m convinced they left our home cleaner then when they had arrived! It truly feels like a spa every time I step in my new shower! It’s easy to clean and has upgraded the overall look of our bathroom and value of our home. My only regret is not doing it sooner! We couldn’t be happier with the quality service and product that we received from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. They exceeded our expectations in every way and we can’t recommend them highly enough!
