If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful masonry work. Within a year the wall Jacob stone built was fall and caving in. He was awful to work with as far as charging for permits that he never got, where I even got a cease and desist from the city until he went to get the permit. He then was trying to double charge for a permit.
His crew was at my house at 7 am but didn't start till 7:30. And the Jose came and told me he'd need to charge another $400. He had originally estimated $2300 to fix the fireplace mantel, inside chimney tiles, regrout outer brick, and make sure the chimney and screen were all secure. Jose left and the 2 workers took an hour break at 10 am. They all came back at 11 and packed up their ladder and Jose wanted to be paid. I paid because he insisted it was all good and safe. I knew that I had been taken advantage of because I'm an old woman. I had been way overcharged at $2700 for 3 hours work for 2 men. But I paid, and then this week a squirrel got into my fireplace thru the chimney. Had to call all kinds of people to come help get it out. Thank goodness I had doors on the fireplace to keep him from getting loose in my house.

This guy is a rip off, he did a stone wall and con rear walkway for my mother. It only lasted 2years. Stone wall started falling apart and the cement started washing away with every rain storm to the point that we were sulking on gravel. We called many diferente profecional and they all said the same thing. “You got roped off, I’m sorry there’s nothing you can do here. EVERYTHING needs go get ripped out and redone over again”
