Jackson Paint and Glass

These guys were amazing! I'm not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, because I had a flawless experience with them. Casey was the best, super helpful, accommodating and cheerful. I'm repainting my house and got several paint samples to try out. Ironically Casey predicted the best color, but it took me painting a couple of rooms in a different color to realize that she was right. I should have listened to her. They even did me a solid on the weekend when I was in a real jam. Truly excellent customer service and very fair pricing. Thank you so much JPG!

I’ve dealt with Jackson Paint and glass on a few projects and I have nothing but terrible experiences. They don’t seem to care to deliver any better service because they don’t have any competitors. They are unresponsive to orders for glass, they are unhelpful & unfriendly, they mess up orders, and they are slow & never deliver on time. I thought maybe my experience was because they only want to deal with GC’s, but they delivered the wrong order and then the glass door was not installed properly on corrected order. When they came to fix their shoddy install, the said the hardware manufacturer always has issues.
