After wasting my time with Fallon and getting ripped off by Yankee Fireplace, dealing with Jackson Fireplace was fantastic. We were told by Fallon and Yankee Fireplace that we would need to replace our gas fireplace for thousands of dollars. Jackson fixed our fireplace and got it up and running. I wish that I had gone to them in the first place. Terrific customer service.

These guys deserve 10 stars. Ken was awesome throughout the entire process. He had the answer to all of my questions and even assisted me after I installed my own unit. The amazing customer service and ease of working with them is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them.

Ken and his team worked hard to fit our gas fireplace into our old historic house fireplace. The entire process was pleasurable. Communicative, responsive, experts. They have 24 years of experience and know how to do things right. I would recommend Jackson fireplace to anyone who desires a gas fireplace conversion or install.

We used Jackson Fireplace to convert our wood fireplace to gas logs. Everything about our interaction with Jackson Fireplace was excellent. We walked in without an appointment and were warmly welcomed. They were attentive and informative without being overbearing and there was no pressure to buy. We had a bit of back and forth over email, while they guided us through the process of selecting the best product for our budget and aesthetic. Much of the time, Alison responded to my questions within minutes, even on a Sunday evening. When installation day came, Ken was punctual, showed respect for our home and was a pleasure to deal with. Two days later, he returned with a broken wrist and the town inspector, who found no issues with the new gas line he ran. Ken finished the job that same day, even though he had broken his wrist the day before! I highly recommend Jackson Fireplace!
