I had to do a dye test and a pump out to sell my home. It was an unexpected task that’s for sure!! and it had to been done almost immediately. Jack’s Septic found a way to get me on their schedule!! If that wasn’t great enough, they sent 2 guys for this job: Tim & Rick!! Woooow, did these guys know their stuff!! They were so informative and helpful!! When they left, you’d never even know they were there, that’s how professional they were leaving no destruction on my property!! I’m so thankful!! Great job!!

Septic was full and backing up into the house. I called Jack on Friday afternoon and he answered right away. He was on his way to a job but thought he may be able to get to me today. If not, then tomorrow. We discussed prices depending on what services my situation required. He called me back a little while later and said it would be tomorrow since it was getting dark. They arrived promptly Saturday morning and completed the job quickly and professionally on the coldest day of the winter. I would recommend Jack’s Septic Services.

We needed our tank pumped, so I called Jack, and he stayed in touch with me through the whole process. His man Tim was out the following morning (a Saturday, even) and got it pumped. Couldn't have been easier or more convenient. Price was as expected as well. Thanks for the great service and great work guys! We'll be calling you back next time for sure.

These guys are nothing short of AMAZING!! My sewer backed up out of nowhere, in my new home I was only in for 4 weeks! I called Jack and they were there within the hour. They identified a broken pipe and went above and beyond to get it repaired and get me back in service. So professional So experienced So responsive So reasonably priced for the quality of service. I will be a customer for life. Thank you, Jack & team!
