A beautiful experience from start to finish! Walked into Jack Lewis on a random Saturday and was immediately greeted by a friendly smile. I was introduced to Devan, again another friendly smile. Devan made this experience for me because she is so knowledgeable about the watch that I came in to see. She wasn’t dismissive she listened. She listened as I explained the specific watch configuration I was looking for. She took the time to show me all available options. It was great to see and try on everything and not feel rushed. She encouraged me to stick to the “dream “ configuration regardless of the timeline because at the end of the day it’s what I really wanted. Before I knew it I Got The Call!
