A beautiful experience from start to finish! Walked into Jack Lewis on a random Saturday and was immediately greeted by a friendly smile. I was introduced to Devan, again another friendly smile. Devan made this experience for me because she is so knowledgeable about the watch that I came in to see. She wasn’t dismissive she listened.
