We recently had a new furnace and AC installed by J&R Heating and Cooling, the experience was outstanding. From the first call to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, on time, and easy to work with. They explained our options clearly and gave honest recommendations without any pressure. The installation was smooth, they kept everything clean, and made sure we understood how the new system works before leaving. Our home is already more comfortable and the system runs much quieter. They came out right away and were able to help! Very professional, fair and honest and knowledgeable! We had our A/C go while out town and needed a whole new furnace (blower went). Service was top notch. A few months later, we needed a new hot water tank and used them again. Highly recommend! Plus they shared some tips and tricks to keep things running smoothly.
