Brought my ps4 in to get repaired charged me 170 to start working on it. Next day get a call that its fixed come and pick it up. Went to pick it up brought it home plugged it in I noticed the power butting and disc drive buttons very loose like they broke so plastic pieces in it. There was a disc in it already so I just pressed play. The disc doesnt work neither any other discs, so I had to bring it back. I tell them it still doesn't work they said it's fine they'll repair it called me next day told me it was fixed I picked it up they proved their work by playing my cd that was left in there. I brought it home and I'm taking out the ps4 from the breifcase I store it in and hear a little piece of metal or plastic something in there rattling around. Less than a month later the ps4 doesnt read disc, turns off whenever it wants and doesnt register controllers. I firstly brought my ps4 in to get an estimate on the repair instead of receiving a diagnosis I was forced to pay 170 after he told me he "fixed it". Yes the playstation turns on but I left there with more problems than solutions.
