I had a super positive experience with JH Roberts who correctly assessed and repaired my furnace from failed repairs/assessments by One Hour Heating. For that, I am thankful! Of course, I purchased their maintenance plan. However, there is still a service fee for each visit, unlike other industry maintenance plans. Otherwise, satisfied.
J.H. Roberts is fantastic. Edgar is a great service tech who answered all our questions. He resolved our issue and made suggestions on how we can improve our system. The back office followed up on appointments and what services we needed. Overall a great organization!
What a pleasure to deal with. I had a blower motor issue on a 23 year old furnace. They came to the house quickly, ordered the part and had it installed within 24 hours. Great people, Carla, Troy and Nick. I even got a phone call the following day asking how the heat is working. Outstanding job guys!!
I’m very happy with J. H. Roberts. They were very professional from the first phone call all the way through the service appt. Nic arrived on time, accessed the system and worked on our issue. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he found and recommendations. I would highly recommend this company for your Carrier Infinity system service as there are a lot of Carrier dealers but most do not know or service Carrier Infinity systems.
