Brennan solved the issue of Windows 11 organically missing audio codec AC-3 which prevented, among other things, DaVinci Resolve Studio 20 being able to play audio on .m2ts format video clips. Apparently, Microsoft deleted it from version 24H2 and higher of Windows 11. The internet, blogs and chat rooms were divided as to whether any solution was possible at all to make audio channels playable on DaVinci Resolve for .m2ts videos. They are currently rebuilding my second home computer. Could not be happier with their service. Awesome service and people. Nice to be able to talk to live person and not a machine. Have delt with them before and took great care to make sure we were happy with computer service and prices are very reasonable.

My computer was hacked. As a security sytem with J&B Technologies was on my computer at a modest monthly fee, the hack was instantly caught and isolated. The technician with whom I have worked with twice before called me the next morning and we worked out the necessary followup. All of my contacts with J&B Technologies have resulted in successful handling of each issue.
