I visited the Arkadelphia store with the idea of looking around and pricing new mattresses. For months I'd contemplated buying, but really didn't think I could afford them at the time. The young man on the floor helped me to find the perfect Seally posture pedic mattress, and the young lady at the purchasing desk was confident she could help, and I left that day with my new mattress. Thank you so much!!!
Nikki at Ivan Smith does amazing work! This is not my first experience with her. I highly recommend.
I am well pleased with Todd and his team at the arkadelphia location 100%!! As for the warranty company, (centricity) they absolutely SUCK!!!! Shouldnt be that hard to deal with. They can't and won't do anything in a timely manner. I Don't recommend centricity to anyone.
My new mattress was defective. I noticed manager and he came to my house same dat to evaluate. He offered me another mattress. Nicki was helpful in helping me pick out out a different mattress.
Nikki was my sales person. She was verry helpful without being pushy. The whole experience was great. Can't wait until Thursday when my new sectional gets to my house!
