iTech Gurus - Apple Authorized Service Provider, Plus PC Repair & Support

Very good and friendly service. My dog spilled a Redbull on my MacBook Air, I took it in the store they fixed it in around 5 business days and it seemed good at the store when I picked it up. When I got it home and used it a day later the keys were sticking and sounded sugary(crunchy). I called itech and scheduled another appointment, when I showed up on Friday up they were polite and informed about my Apple Care and potential costs of fixing it and that if they couldn’t fix it they would send it into Apple. I get a call on Monday and they told me the laptop would need a new “top” and I told that was fine and it was still under my other warranty so I didn’t have to pay more. I got a call on Wednesday saying it was ready, I picked it up on Friday and it the keys are very smooth feels like a new laptop. It was unfortunate about having to come back twice but I do think they honestly couldn’t have noticed it at the store, it seemed to work fine. Overall good people and seemed knowledgable about the laptop.

Hidden gem, had no idea it was tucked over on University until my iPhone needed service I miss being near an Apple Store, especially when my devices need service but iTech fills in that gap. Walking in, it honestly looks like an Apple Store, very minimalist and modern. It’s easy to make an appointment online and I walked in and the tech helped me quickly and walked through my phone issue with me. They have a great selection of new and used Apple products and accessories as well.

I went to iTech today on a mission. I wanted to clear my very old iPad back to factory settings and walk out of there with a new iPad. Mission accomplished! Colton helped me decide which iPad best suits my needs, I bought a pink case, corded earbuds for my new iPad, screen protector and literally skipped out of there about 20 minutes later🤗 Colton is professional, personable, helped me think ahead to possible needs which were useful and I am more than satisfied with my visit to iTech today. Given the opportunity, I always buy local to support local businesses. You are lucky to have Colton on your team! Colten is a beautiful human✌🏼🥳
