Everyone is knowledgeable and quick to address our issues at Pinehurst Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center. Casey, you place work order and assign a tech immediately! Thanks George,John, and Pablo for address our computer issues and Microsoft spam, which is all too frequent these days. Office manager Deborah Definitely a personable group. Can call and get immediate help any time of the day. Al has been great since day one. IT is not a specialty of mine and I need layman terms when discussing and they are great at explaining. I am the practice manager of a mid sized veterinary clinic. We brought on IT practice because our previous break-fix tech was just out of line for what we wanted. I will say that I am very impressed by the responsiveness and diligence of this team. They constantly upgrade our equipment, they supply us and recommend what will work best. We have multiple different systems on different networks that must talk to each other and this team is 100% on it! Longleaf animal hospital highly recommends IT practice.
