I sent in my laptop since November of last year for a broken hinge. I still haven't gotten it back after claims of it being fixed but then something else didn't work. So then i had to wait a few more days since there was issues regarding a shipping for an item to replace a part, which I understood and gave you time. But i never got an update on how it was going. Even after calling and messaging. Or even going there in person I never got a response and you weren't there the times we've gone by.
I took a laptop that had not been used in almost 4 yrs to have it wiped clean and reinstall Windows. I gave it to my great grandson and according to him, it is amazing. Joe was so nice and explained everything he did. I really appreciate and commend his work ethic.
Amazing service. I cant think of a single negative thing. cheap, honest, and great service. explains everything super well and tells you exactly what's wrong as well as recommendations. I really felt like he cared about my system and the end product instead of just getting it to work. 11/10 would recommend for anyone.
Joe was amazing. I had call to tell him about my laptop charging port possibly being damaged and he asked me to go in to see the laptop physically. I got there and he was able to look and use his charger to charge my laptop. Come to find out, it was just my charger cord and he found me a link to buy one off eBay. Joe is amazing and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using his service for now on. Thank you, Joe!
Other reviewers have already said it all, but this place is so great it deserves another five-star review and to be the first and best place you think of, to bring your computer in Fresno.
The first time I had an issue with my computer in 2018, Joe took the time to give me some free advice where I was able to fix it myself at home and didn’t even need to bring it in. That was very kind and generous, and I kept his shop in mind “for future reference” if I ever had another problem.
Well, in 2021 that time came. In the past, I’ve dreaded asking others for help with my computer because it’s usually expensive, they often don’t fix things quite right, and they can even make the problem worse. I can solve most basic computer problems myself, and so when I do need help, in the past other “computer people” have, more often than not, let me down.
Not Joe. Joe fixed my computer perfectly, and it was better than new. He is smart, thorough, friendly, helpful, patient, kind, and more than all that, his prices are very low. I couldn’t believe how good the prices were, especially when everything else has gotten so expensive in the past two years.
And he also saved even more money by adding free software that would help keep my computer working well. He explained how to use the software and on what schedule, and he had it written down for me. That was all very helpful too.
His shop was very conveniently located to both Tower and Downtown, and it was easy to park right in front.
So, the best computer repairs imaginable, from a very nice person, at unbeatable prices. There is really no reason to go anywhere else! Go to Joe!
