Rude, arrogant, and insulting. The owner treated me like i was stupid. I know more about cars than she ever will. On top of being an engineer, and replacing motors, trannys, and loads of front end parts on my own cars. She tried to play a guessing game to repair my car to the tune of $1,000 (for one bad coil) and then got mad when i called her out and called me stupid. Then she tried to charge me for “diagnosing” what the problem was, even thought i told her what the problem was when i dropped it off

My mom lives in North Carolina and was having some car issues. She was very worried about having her car repaired by an honest mechanic. And with me being in another state, made it difficult for me to directly help her. But I was able to find this particular shop online and referred my mom there. Her experience was so wonderful! My mom was grateful to have Ms Irayalis patiently wait for her to arrive with the vehicle and admired on how Irayalis fixed her car with care. My mom enjoyed the quality of service provided by the mechanic and their prices are reasonable. My mom loves her new mechanic and couldn't be any more pleased. Our family was on a road trip from NYC to myrtle beach when a wheel bearing blew leaving our Tahoe disable in Goldsboro NC. It being a Saturday at 1 pm most mechanic shops were closed for the weekend leaving us very little options. Irayalis stayed open for us waiting for the car to be towed in, they ordered the parts and fixed the vehicle and we were back on the road in 4 hours from the time the car broke down till we pulled away. Remarkable service!!!! They saved our road trip and they were priced correctly. Many thanks!!! Highly Recommend!!!!
