This man has so much talent in his craft. TWICE I’ve brought him shoes with horrible scuffs and both times the execution was flawless. I added a photo of my sons shoes that he just fixed up and the original pair he fixed were Christian Louboutin I destroyed in my youth. He brought them back to life. He’s timely and affordable.
Owner is very courteous, prices are a little steep, though. But I would rather go there than pay full price for a new pair of shoes. Everything is so expensive after the pandemic. Great location, easy parking. He is quick, writes up your order and you are out.
Dropped off dress shoes that had ugly scuffs and hoped that they can come out a little better but they came out looking brand new. Very affordable and the owner was very friendly and personable
Excellent excellent excellent work. My shoes were very destroyed and this gentleman brought them back to life. I'm shocked how great they look!! I wish I had a before picture but trust me, my shoes looked BAD. His work is beyond amazing. Highly recommended!
Diego is both the owner and shoe repairman as well as a true professional. I was very pleased with the quality of his work as well as our interactions. He gave me a fair price to replace both the heels and soles on two pair of women's boots (the price was comparable to another shop in the area). Additionally, the customer service was better than average. I was on a tight budget and deliberating whether to repair one pair of boots or both - Diego did not once make me feel uncomfortable for needing time to think about the investment and was in fact very friendly, offering advice as well as alternate solutions. I dropped the boots off on Friday and they were ready the following Tuesday. In addition to replacing the heels and soles, he cleaned, conditioned, and polished the leather. The boots look fantastic. I am very satisfied with my experience here and will be recommending this place to friends and family.
