Heating maintenance was performed as expected. The technician was friendly and professional. His inspection seemed to be efficient and comprehensive. My Issue: we are in a inspection schedule that does not make sense. The late winter, early spring inspection (like this one) is focused on heater system maintenance. The 2nd inspection, done in the fall, focus is A/C. That doesn't make sense. In the 1st inspection, I would like to know that the A/C is ready for summer. At the 2nd inspection, I would like to know the heating system is ready for winter. Can this be adjusted? Maybe do both inspections next fall and then change the rotation to do 1st - AC, 2nd - heating system?
