"Interstate CUSTOMER Care". I desperately needed the car to be fixed right the way on Thursday 15th. I called many shops. No success! When I called Interstate, they understood my situation and squeezed in the schedule my car. Mr. Frank Bryant was kind to drop me home. I was impressed that after the functions tests were performed, I received an email with the detailed report of the results. The car was fixed in the same day and I received 15% discount. After I picked up the car, I had an issue created by my mistake, which was kindly taken in consideration and solved by Mr. Nick Nalu. Thanks to team's effort to fix my car in the same day (the w... I came in needing a simple exhaust fix to get by for the winter, and they exceeded my expectations. We brought our cars in for oil changes and maintenance checks. The work was done quickly, and I was able to have my youngest with me the whole time! The bathroom was clean and the waiting area was calm enough the baby was able to nap!
