I am extremely thankful for Paul Meadows who was ahead of times-9 years ago when I started my business he introduced me to VoIP technology for our office phones- and we have had that technology ever since. That allowed us to become remote workers by just unplugging our office phones and each of us take a phone home and plug it into our internet routers the second covid19 closure started. Phones worked exactly as if we had been in the office. The fact that ITG has been working with and implementing this technology for so long means they are way ahead of the curve, they are able to install it well and fast and troubleshoot it easily.
