I honestly can’t say enough good things about Instant New Homes Inc. We just finished a 750-square-foot addition, and the whole experience was incredible. Adding that much space to your house is a huge undertaking and can be pretty stressful, but the team made it feel easy. Their work is just impeccable—you can tell they really pride themselves on the details. They didn't cut any corners, and the new space flows so naturally with the rest of our home that you’d never know it wasn't there to begin with. Beyond just the building part, they were actually a pleasure to have around. They were respectful of our space, kept things neat, and always kept us in the loop on what was happening next. It’s rare to find a crew that is this professional. Michele's female touch gives them this trate and Marino's great communication is the cherry on top.
