Initial Response Restoration

We used Initial Response to clean up after our basement flooded and our experience was top notch from start to finish. Nick and his team are responsive, prompt and reliable. He was very honest and forthcoming with us on pricing and the extent of work which needed to be done. The job was completed as scheduled and in a meticulous manner. Great job, they removed all of the damaged sheathing and shingles, cleaned up completely and sealed the area until the contractor can replace the damaged parts. They were incredibly courteous and considerate of our property. I would highly recommend Initial Response Restoration. Matt

Honestly all the nice words still wouldn't be enough to describe how great of an experience it was working with Initial Response Restoration. From the phone call to the on-the-job experience. They were fast to respond to my emergency call, knowledgeable with a on the spot action plan for my particular situation. Showed up within the hour, found the problem contained the leak, all under 2 hours. They displayed a level of professionalism and work ethic that I haven't seen in a very long time. We had a leak in our attic roof. Nick and Isaac came over promptly and told us what they would do and explained everything to us. They came on time and got rid of the mold and left the attic way better than they found it. They were polite and just really great guys. We would recommend them without hesitation.

My washing machine leaked from my third-floor to my second floor and water was pouring out of my second floor chandelier. We called our insurance carrier and within hours Nick and Isaac and their team were at our house inspecting the damage. They were very personable, professional and cleaned up after themselves on every visit. They came by every day to check the dampness levels in our ceiling, and it was always a pleasure to see them.
