Honestly all the nice words still wouldn't be enough to describe how great of an experience it was working with Initial Response Restoration. From the phone call to the on-the-job experience. They were fast to respond to my emergency call, knowledgeable with a on the spot action plan for my particular situation. Showed up within the hour, found the problem contained the leak, all under 2 hours. They displayed a level of professionalism and work ethic that I haven't seen in a very long time. My washing machine leaked from my third-floor to my second floor and water was pouring out of my second floor chandelier. We called our insurance carrier and within hours Nick and Isaac and their team were at our house inspecting the damage. They were very personable, professional and cleaned up after themselves on every visit. They came by every day to check the dampness levels in our ceiling, and it was always a pleasure to see them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in your time of need. Five stars all the way!!
