This was my first time using Ingram's Plumbing. I was impressed with their quick response to my home, the communication with the team as they assisted me with my issue, and the honesty to resolve my issue. I hope I don't need them again soon, but I'll be sure to give them a call if I do!
Fantastic experience! We had an issue with our water main and a valve needed to be replaced. Jacob arrive promptly as scheduled and took care of the issue quickly in a rainstorm. They were super nice, knowledgeable, and got everything completed in no time at all. Pricing was more than fair and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
He was the only person who even answered the phone. My mom’s in a remote area and he responded the next morning after explaining the issue. He called with an ETA, A+communication and did a diagnostic to avoid multiple trips and fixed all issues. We appreciate the professionalism and would recommend to anyone in the surrounding area!
First let me say, Ryan is a great person to work with. He was very helpful and timely in our project. His installation plumbers (Billy and Billy Jr.) Both were very professional, courteous, productive and very skilled. We purchased a whole home water filtration unit from Ingrams and it was the best experience we have ever had with any contractor. Everything went smoothly and as scheduled. We HIGHLY recommend Ingrams Plumbing for any plumbing related need you may have. The professionalism, detail, and desire to provide customer satisfaction is way above the norm. The peace of mind is worth its weight in gold to have quality people doing quality work at reasonable prices. Don't pass them up to save a buck or two.....
