Excellent service! They came out within an hour, which was a pleasant surprise considering we are in a heat wave. The technician was very professional and worked quickly. After just a few minutes he had located and fixed our AC. By the time he came inside to tell us what was wrong, we already had cold air blowing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I've been a customer for many years and so are many of my family. Antonio is great at updates and communication. Today Chevy came out for a maintenance appointment and, in keeping with every experience I've had with Independence, did a great job! I think at various points over the years I've met all the techs. Good guys who explain what's needed and have gone above and beyond to keep my system running right.

They are always a pleasure to deal with. Antonio gave me updates and had to reschedule bc others were without a/c and we were just having ours serviced. Didn't mind at all. Very affordable. Chevy (sp?) was beyond amazing and as busy as they are, he made sure he did an amazing job. We highly recommend both for affordability and amazing customer service. We would highly recommend to anyone
