I was traveling, on my way home to Ohio. Keith is the best. I had tire issues, Keith and his crew made it possible for me to make it to Clarksburg where I was able to get a new tire.I highly recommend, in and out tires, there is no better customer service. Marti chapman
I've only had two experiences here the last experience was getting my car alignment done. They did a great job with it it is a very busy mechanic shop so expect a wait while you're here. They do have coffee in the waiting room, but there's a goodwill next door that will serve you very well. My only complaint has nothing to do with the quality of work or anything that could be helped by the staff. My only complaint has to do with the wait time, but again that's a problem that comes with picking experience and quality, so not a bad problem.
We had a situation come up where I had blown a tire and Keith was able to really help us out of a predicament. My tire is not commonly stocked and I had an emergency that came up and need to get to my kids ten hours away. Keith was able to get me a tire and install complete within hours to get me back on the road to my family. Great service, Keith is a life saver. Highly recommend and genuinely appreciate your help.
